1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Suppose you are located in the European Union and purchased your product online or through other distance-selling methods. In that case, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

For physical products, the 14-day period starts from the day you receive the item.

2. Fursera30-Day Return Policy (Worldwide, including EU)

In addition to any legal rights you may have under your local consumer laws, Fursera offers a 30-day return policy worldwide, starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

- Be unused and in the same condition as received

- Be in its original packaging, with all accessories and materials

- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We do not accept returns for:

- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

- Products that show signs of use, damage, modification, or missing parts (unless caused by our error)

- Gift cards or digital/downloadable products


3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

To help us resolve the issue faster, please include:

- Your order number.

- A clear description of the defect or issue.

Photographs or a short video that clearly demonstrate the problem.

If confirmed, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost to you:

Replacement of the product

- Full refund to your original payment method


4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind):

- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

- Fursera will cover the return shipping cost

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our side.


5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval to your original payment method.

Please note: Banks and card providers may take additional time to reflect the funds in your account.

6. Exchanges

To ensure faster processing, we currently handle exchanges as returns and new orders. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if it meets the return conditions) and place a new order after your return request is approved.
